Juanima Marquez is the Office Manager for FPC in Flagstaff, AZ, joining the team in April 2017. She moved to Flagstaff from Tucson in 1995 to complete her education at Northern Arizona University. She graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor's of Science dual major in Elementary and Special Education. She spent the first 6 years after graduation teaching elementary school, high school, and community college courses. She took a break from teaching full-time to be able to spend more time with her children. During that time, she took her love of photography and started her own successful photography business. She also became very involved in the Flagstaff community by serving on many boards and volunteering for a variety clubs and organizations. She has recently been a dedicated and experienced director of a busy and successful preschool with considerable experience managing both children and a large staff. She opened this preschool in August 2014 and built it from a small 5 person staff and an enrollment of 20 children, to a staff of 28 and over 95 enrolled families in just over 2 years. Under Juanima's management, the preschool was voted Best Of Flag 2017, which is a local, prestigious award that is voted on by the people of Flagstaff. Juanima is mindful of maintaining an environment that exceeds the expectations of clients/customers and building positive relationships within the community. She prides herself in having excellent administrative and office management skills. Juanima loves Flagstaff and being a part of this community. She and her husband have been together for 19 years and have 3 children, ages 16, 14, 12 and are very happy to call Flagstaff their home!!
