Kevin Dickinson is the Wildlife Biologist for FPC in Flagstaff, AZ having joined the company in March 2017. Born and raised in the northeast, Kevin went to Ithaca College and earned his Bachelor's degree in Biology. After a brief stint working at a biotech lab, he took his first field job surveying for Mexican spotted owls in the Gila National Forest and found his true calling. He has spent much of the last 15 years working in the natural resource field designing and conducting flora and fauna inventories and surveys, including for state and federal listed species, across 20 states and territories of the US. Kevin has analyzed and written NEPA documents, worked on Installation Management Plans, assisted in writing Environmental Condition of Properties, and conducted wetland management on installations, including conducting delineations and creating management and mitigation plans. He has prepared Biological Evaluations and Assessments, assisted in invasive species management, and conducted endangered species management including assistance with Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act. He completed his Graduate Certificate in GIS from Northern Arizona University in May 2016 and is proficient using ESRI's ArcGIS 10 Suite.
